Too many highlights. The landscapes are extraordinary. The Chilean were very welcoming, and all the other travelers I met along the way were super friendly. There were a few magical moments, riding into a rainbow, or experiencing a storm in Cape horn, or watching the pinguins.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
I am very pleased with every choice Swoop did for me. The itinerary was perfect, and made the travel super smooth. Every hotel was exactly my kind of place. The agency got me all the information necessary before the trip, giving me plenty of time to prepare.

How was your Patagonian cruise?
The cruise was fantastic. Every minute was an highlight! We saw tons of wildlife, dolphins, whales, seals, pinguins, and many birds. The guides were super, very interesting information, multi languages, and very friendly. The boat was superb. The cabin are beautiful, the big window on the sea is beautiful. The shower is very good. Every part of the boat is really well designed and perfect for our trip. The only improvement could be at checking in: You must check in from 1pm to 5pm in Punta Arenas. and embarqment is only at 6pm. As it was Sunday, everything was closed, and there wasn't much to do in Punta Arenas that whole afternoon.
