Overall, how was your trip?

The trip was great. Highlight was our night in bader valley because we were ‘alone’ of course with our guide and porter and the trek up there was challenging so we felt incredibly accomplished once we arrived and got to imenjly amazing views and waterfalls. Second best day was the last 10 minutes of the towers climb. You’re so exhausted and you know your close and then you get to the top and the view is jaw dropping. We also LOVED the domes frances for sleeping after 3 nights camping it felt like heaven!!

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Patagonia provides Stunning landscape with changing terrain that challenges you and forces you to have internal coversations and completely disconnect with reality and focus on your primative needs, food, water and rest.

Would you visit again?

Yes

How was the service that Swoop provided?

It’s clear that your groups book up the good lodging so you feel a bit forced and in the W circuit staying with the same people all the time is sort of a bummer. I would tecommend slightly better communication from the specialists. Like sending a packing list, more detailed itinerarys days in advance and just overall communication. Luckily everything worked out for us, but we we had some surprises on the way that we had to take care of later.

How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?

That’s fine they are responsive, but I felt like I had to keep reminding them to take my payment and follow up.
