- The lodge is the only place to stay on this enchanting lake. Accessible by boat or a three-hour hike, there is hardly a soul on the surrounding trails.
- Remote with an edge-of-the-earth feeling... yet accessible.
- Its all-inclusive programme includes boat trips and hikes up to hanging glaciers with friendly, knowledgeable guides.
- The food is superb - prepare for both quality and quantity!
- With as many staff as guests, you are looked after every step of the way and feel completely at home.
- 3 nights here pairs well with 2 or 3 days in the trekker paradise of El Chaltén plus time in El Calafate and a visit to Perito Moreno Glacier.
We think it's worth noting
- This is a very secluded location and not everyone is comfortable being as off-grid as this.
- It doesn't replace the famous hikes from El Chaltén but is a lovely (more relaxing) addition to them.

Dates, rates and inclusions
The lodge is open from October to April. An all-inclusive stay starts from USD $850 per person, per night. There’s a minimum night stay of 3.
The rate includes road and boat transfers to/from the lodge with El Calafate; all meals with house wine; and Daily guided excursions programmed by the lodge.

Aguas Arriba is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy pristine Patagonia. Due to its location and small size, you're forced to slow down and really disconnect. I think I even fell asleep on the veranda listening to the birds chirping after an enjoyable hike and yoga session.
