Hotel overview:

Set at the mouth of the Correntoso River feeding the mighty Nahuel Huapi Lake is the Correntoso Lake and River Hotel. From the large windows in all rooms, you are able to admire the beautiful landscape and peaks of the Los Andes Mountain Range.

Why We Like This Hotel

One of the oldest hotels on the lake, the Correntoso has been hosting guests since 1917. The hotel features 3 different restaurants, wine bar, Herbal Hammam and spa, library, welcome hall, gardens, lake dock and panoramic viewing decks. 

  • Try the Pisco Sour with traditional Patagonian smoked cold meat platter as an afternoon treat.
  • The hotel has a very traditional feel to it and the library is the perfect place to gather round the fire and socialise. You can also view the ancient map of the region in the grand hall.
  • Correntoso offers a unique dining experience using an outdoor BBQ grill and mud oven during the summer season. 
  • There are a choice of massages and facial treatments available as well as yoga and stretching sessions on offer.
