Operator's Itinerary

Day 1: Trelew to Peninsula Valdes

Begin your adventure with a private transfer from Trelew to Peninsula Valdes. Upon arrival you will enjoy a whale-watching excursion. The Peninsula is home to two different types of Whales, the Southern Right and the Orca, and also has a large variety of other interesting and extraordinary wildlife that you might be lucky enough to see.

After the whale-watching navigation you will continue your journey onwards, reaching the Rincón Chico estancia, located in Punta Delgada and authentically Patagonian. The estancia was established as a functional sheep ranch and is an uncommon fusion between wild Patagonia and the vast expanse of rangeland that is Rincón Chico. There is a strong emphasis on preserving the environment and its natural cycles, because it serves as critical habitat for countless species of birds and reptiles as well as marine and terrestrial mammals.

The guest house has 8 comfortable rooms with a private bathroom with bathtub in each, and can be assembled as needed to accommodate individual parties.

Accommodation: Estancia Rincón Chico

Days 2–3: Explore the Valdes Peninsula

There are a range of off-the-beaten-track hikes that you can take as well as activities ranging from mountain biking to birdwatching or horseback riding.

At the estancia you will feel that you have known the farmhouse for years and its memory will be unforgettable. Savour the many stunning moments; being awakened by the song of the larks, discovering the reddish shades at dusk, enjoying the longest rainbow you have ever seen and encountering an endless sky full of stars.
