Why we like this lodge
- Owner Philippe has designed each lodge individually, resulting in an eclectic mix of accommodation including a boat, treehouses, small cabins and a whole family house.
- Right on the lake, you can happily while away an afternoon swimming with a view
- Despite being a remote lodge, some of the region's best-kept secrets, including the marble caves, are just a drive away
- Terra Luna offers plenty of excursions to explore your surroundings, so you can kayak, hike and mountaineer your way around the remote landscape
Terra Luna offers some of the most exciting and original excursions in the area. Their all-inclusive program allows you to choose exactly what you want to do every day from an extensive list of adventures.
Hiking: Trails start right from the lodge to take you up to the Rio Maqui waterfalls. Other treks included fossil hunting in Veranada, the glaciers of Lones Lake, and the Tamango and Jeinimeni reserves.
Horse riding: Experience the traditional gaucho lifestyle by horse riding to lake La Manga. Suitable for beginners.
Rafting: The Baker river is one of the most famous rafting sites in Aysen. Spend 2 high octane hours navigating the twists and turns of this white-water river.
Other excursions include fly-fishing, canoeing, mountain biking, visits to the marble caves and mountaineering.
What our customers think
Terra luna was more basic but I loved it. We had one cottage for all three of us which was fun. The staff were really great...we met so many really cool amazing people there.
