Highlight was definitely Barraco Lodge. The team there was great and made us feel right at home while providing top of the line service. We also loved Peuma Hue, but it was hard to live up to what we'd already experienced. We used those last few days for some much needed relaxation, which was great. We did think that we would have liked less time between the estancias, but may have been limited due to the holiday and availability.

The glaciers! Being so close after a zodiac from the ship. Seeing and hearing the enormity of the ice at Pia Glacier. Our earth is a magnificent place.

There wasn't one that stood out, the holiday was full of memorable moments, from discovering mushrooms grew on trees to the incredible sight of the towers when we reached the top and the sheer scale of the glaciers. The friendships and laughter that we shared to depth of knowledge passed on by the guides in an informative and entertaining way. From the sleeping in tents to the comfort of the eco camp and not to forget weather, rain, wind, sunshine just an incredible experience.

Too many to count. Hiking in Torres Del Paine, horseback riding, photographing rheas, condors, and a puma, riding in a zodiac up to a glacier. Fantastic time.

Our visit to Patagonia was filled with many memorable moments. Our group was a mix of beginner and intermediate hikers, and our guides peerfectly understood what we needed and guided us on hikes we loved, with breathtaking views.

Hard to pick just one moment. The entire trip was amazing. But if we had to pick just one probably getting to the lookout over the entire grey glaciar ice field at the hanging bridges. Was an amazing view to end an amazing week.

There were so many...getting on Cape Horn and walking to the albatross statue and the lighthouse, watching glaciers calving, seeing pumas in the wild, Las Torres peaks morning, noon and night, star gazing on a moonless cloudless night in the Atacama, the fabian lizards in the Atacama, etc. etc.

I enjoyed doing the trek alone and I'm happy I did not book with a tour group. I met many people along the way and always ended up with a hiking buddy. Was fortunate to have great weather and I think that seeing the towers on the first day was a highlight. I was surprised at how few of animals I saw, actually. I saw a couple of foxes and a few rabbits, but that is all.
