Cerro Solo stands beside Laguna Torre in the same range as Cerro Torre.

The ascent involves crossing a glacier after a difficult climb over loose rock, but this is the least technical climb out of the mountains in this range. From the peak, you get unparalleled views of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy, as well as the South Patagonian Ice Field.
