Punta Conos

This beautiful and secluded beach can be found on Peninsula Valdes in the province of Chubut in Argentina. 'Conos', meaning cones, refers to the cone-like hillocks in the area.

Conos is unlike many other beaches, in that it is rich with the fossils of local sea life dating back millions of years. A fantastic place for kayaking, Conos is one of the many top spots in a kayaking trip in the area.
