The beginning of our adventure starts on Ruta 3, just a few miles north of Ushuaia. From there we will cross the Carbajal valley and continue to the Beban valley to set up camp in the Alvear range. We will pass through sub-antartatic forest and wetlands including peatland which covers the large Fuegian valleys with its reddish hues.

Day 2 - Albino Glacier & Laguna Esmerelda
Our second day begins with a climb to the amazing Ojo del Albino lake. Its greenish and milky waters come directly from the glacier. After lunch we will put on crampons and walk on the glacier itself, before going down to Laguna Esmeralda (emerald lake). In the afternoon we will arrive at a mountain shelter before entering Olum Valley where we will enjoy a typical Argentinian dish, Guiso de Lentejas (lentil stew) with a red wine before a well-deserved rest.

Day 3 - Arrival at the Beagle Channel
Our final day. We will cross and climb out of the Olum Valley until the we reach the pass between Mount Olivia and Cinco Hermanos (the five brothers mountains). From here we will encounter a very different landscape: the Beagle Channel and Ushuaia Bay.
