Too many to pick one, from meeting local people (especially Birds Chile guides) to horseriding with Senderos Patagonia to seeing condors at sunrise to having an amazing private dinner with Cazador.

Too many to count. Hiking in Torres Del Paine, horseback riding, photographing rheas, condors, and a puma, riding in a zodiac up to a glacier. Fantastic time.
