This was a once in a life time experience. Getting on to the zodiac and disembarking in Cape Horn was such an incredible moment, getting to walk all the way up to the lake house and watching the ocean all around us felt like we were at the end of the world.

Having been there, met others, spoken to lots of people on the ground, the itinerary that Swoop pulled together looks perfect. We were v lucky with the temperamental weather - which helped a lot - and the local partners were excellent. Best parts were the more arduous days and the rewards of the views gained.

It was a memorable moment whenever we arrived at new scene point, looking at the picturesque landscape, learning about history and recent developments behind it.

The experience as whole was game changing. I have never used a tour company but for this solo trip, at the end of the world. Swoop was incredible, they were organized, kind, helpful! All the companies they put me with outstanding.

The highlight was the scenery at the Torres del Paine. The walks were excellent, as were the guides. The group we were with worked very well and we got on extremely well. The EcoLodge was great fun to stay at. The food, accommodation and Service were excellent.

So many. If I were to pick one I would choose experiencing the Patagonian wind for the first time. There is no preparation, just experience.

Gem was an exceptional guide. I loved his spirit and love for the area. My FAVORITE moment was the glacier hiking. I felt we were the only ones on the planet. Great guides. The Refugio’s were run very well and organized.

All was memorable and everything worked out perfectly. Two nights in Santiago Holiday Inn was smart so we could nap after arriving at 7:20 am. Got to San Cristobal Hill funicular- great views. Nice dinner about half mile from hill base. Explora hotel was marvelous with great hikes and estansia. Cape Horn cruise was especially nice and relaxing after all the hiking we did in Torres del Paine. Zodiac rides to glaciers, etc ere fun. Ushuaia was an interesting little town. Took a van and boat ride from the Tourist info Center to see penguins but had a surprise and also got to see whales and porpoises. Took a morning van ride to Terra del Fuego to see highlights. Again, after all the hikes in Torres del Paine, we didn't need more hikes here. Honestly, after Torres del Paine, Tierra del Fuego was not all that impressive. Maritime museum was very good. Next morning walked along the Ushuaia ocean front, then started our trip home through EZE.

The stunning landscapes on all of our hikes. The hikes we did with guides at Explora where there were no people, a rare thing to find these days.

The one sunny day we had in Torres del Paine on the Lookouts of Paine excursion from EcoCamp. Caught my first sight of condors that day, wow!

Too many too narrow down!

Every minute. We packed so much in - our motto was "Every day is the best day". It was all beyond expectation!

John Gardner Pass Day. I love hiking up the pass. The terrain was unique to the rest of the trail. The views descending the Pass were indescribably unique and beautiful. The Grey Glacier was glorious. It was amazing to see it from so many different angles and perspectives. I could not stop taking pictures!

Penguins are always going to be memorable. All the boat and ship captains on our trip were highly skilled seamen. However, our top memories will be tied to our abbreviated Dientes Trek, with Days 3 and 4 being the most impactful. Day 4 where we went down Valle Bronces to the end of the trek (instead of Virginia Pass for one more night of camping) taught us a lot about ourselves and our excellent guides. It pushed and tested us mentally and physically. When we reached the end and realized everyone had emerged mostly unscathed was the biggest victory of our entire trip.

Our guides on both sides: When our guide Max showed us how to properly drink mate; when Lucille encouraged Judith to walk arm & arm during 50 mile an hour gusts and when Tomas walked patiently with us on the last few hours of the hike and last, Julian working to help the fast and slower group stay happy.

The French Valley hike was the most memorable its many amazing views, changing weather patterns, dramatic landscapes, and spectacular boat rides.

Really special to visit the Torres del Paine by bike. Dittmar Adventure travels was great. I felt very well cared for and found the experience very much worth the expense. Fenomenal wildlife viewing, and the guides were very informative and happy to allow me to indulge in photography and other interests. I've told tons of people about it, shared photos, etc. No major surprises, aside from the fact that I wasn't expecting the food to be that good.

It is really hard to pick one the whole trip was amazing. But I'll say the moment I got to my room and looked out at the stunning view of the river and the Torres del Paine peaks. I never tired of looking at that view.

We deeply enjoyed the trip and the landscape. We felt the trip gave us a good overall impression of the region. Having done most of the standard hikes we'd only come back to do some of the longer, crazier things (like 7 days on the ice field).
