Probably the highlight for me were two days spend on Cerro Guido and all day on horse in waste pampa. Nobody around just me and my guide and hundreds of sheeps. Nice landscape in Torres especially Lago de Grey and Azul. People in refugio and Eco camp very friendly.

There wasn't a "most memorable moment". It was an overall, ongoing fluid number of multiple moments. The trip was planned in such a way that we experienced the sheer vastness and beauty of nature for 7 days straight; landscape, animals, scenery, weather. The city visits (Valparaiso and Buenos Aires ) were guided in a way that we felt we understood all about each city's energy and culture. Having said all of the above, the providers at each piece of our trip were excellent! Above and beyond customer service was demonstrated in all avenues. My favorite place to be was Camp Patagonia! The food was 5 star.

On day 1 of the brush extension, Lucho took us back to his basecamp on the boat. We went for a cold plunge then when we made it to the camp, there was a beautiful charcuterie board waiting for us in addition to Lucho surprising us with a trout he caught that he cooked up and we got to enjoy with our dinner. Very memorable.

There was not one - Walking on a glacier, horse back riding on an estancia, eating at Don Julio and Valperaiso in Chile to name a few.

On the third day there was an option for extending the hike. Those of us who wanted to go to the next lookout split off and we had so much fun with our guide (Matti) trying to beat the clock and make it to the look out and back to the refugio for dinner time. We ended up having plenty of time and it was a fun day of bonding with the group and our guide, and of course taking in the great views!!

A lot of the scenery was stunning of course… while this isn’t a positive, I wasn’t able to see the towers—they were completely concealed by clouds—and that whole first day experience really sticks out in my memory. I had tried to switch the day of the hike but was told that was all they had available… had I been able to rearrange days of the excursions I probably would have gotten to see them. That hike was also dampened (not by the rain/snow which it did rain/snow the entire day, which I didn’t mind) by the other guests who were a group all in their 70s who really struggled with the hike/elevation gain (I’m 34). We had to stop about every 200 feet or so…. For me it was just an average/standard hike. I learned later that it’s not really required to be in a group/go on an excursion/have a guide. I had gotten that impression previously… I would probably approach a trip to Torres del Paine much differently based on the recent experience.

Seeing the towers. Getting settled in my yurt and making a gin and tonic. Fly fishing on 3 private estancia. Getting roadblock by several hundred recently sheared sheep. Eating best lamb shank ever at Singular Puerta Natales. Getting sick. 6.5 earthquake during final dinner on rooftop of Singular Santiago. Taking home street artwork from street vendors painting in Santiago. Thanks for making it possible, even with out messed up arrival flights. Also hearing street flautists playing late on the streets of Santiago. Our transfer guides were exceptional. Thanks. Greg

Ecocamp for sure. The food blew our mind every meal! All of the guides and staff were awesome and we just loved our dome.

Hiking to Lagos De los Tres to see Mount Fitz Roy. It was an incredibly beautiful and clear day. Also, Perito Moreno Glacier was quite memorable.

Finishing the Base Torres hike with my wife and son. It was a prefect day made all the better by our awesome guide from Tierra Patagonia.

Paddling to the hot springs; after two days of paddling on the water, we entered the last fjord and it felt like time stopped. We slowly passed by groups of curious and playful sea lions and made our way to where the river meets the ocean. We had to pull our kayaks through the low tide and made it to our destination. After we set up camp, we enjoyed the hot springs as it began to rain. It was magical.

Many memorable moments ... Torres del Paine - staying at the Awasi, guided day hikes within the park, exploring Baguales El Chalten area - Laguna de los Tres hike/camping, Reserva Natural Los Huemules hikes (Refugio Cagliero), hikes around Aquas Arriba

Seeing, for the first time, the magnificence of the incredible horns and the partial view of the towers from the incredible view the Aurora hotel provides. That day, the water in front was clear and steady reflecting the mountains.
