Either the first sight of the Petitio Moreno Glacier, or the first proper sight of the 3 towers at the base of the towers walk in Torres del Paine. Or, actually, watching 3 condors flying below us in El Chalten!

Our trip overall was brilliant but our time in Patagonia was really special, highlighted with horseback riding and trekking to the British Camp.

It's difficult to pick one moment over an 8 day period. One of the greatest moments was reminiscing about the trip just as we completed the trek. Discussing how humbling the entire experience was, along with the pain, laughs, and knowledge gained.

All of the cruise was memorable, particularly the storm around Cape Horn with 100mph+ winds and 6 meter waves. The glaciers and scenery, were truly spectacular. It was good to be in a relatively small group of people.

Time spent talking with our guides - I learned so much more about the region than just “looking at” it. Also completing the difficult hikes was a personal high.

Doing and finishing the O-Circuit safely with nice, like-minded people, expertly led by two great guides in Alberto and Chris, having our belongings carried by five fabulous porters in breathtaking surroundings and we was very lucky with the weather.

Fantastic. I don't know if there was a 'highlight' but we loved the Singular-AMAZING place to stay, and waking up next to glaciers was really rad. We met some really interesting people there, only another American couple but I enjoy meeting new people so it was really interesting to connect with them, but overall I loved it.

There's not just one memorable moment. Every part of our journey had wonderful and unexpected experiences. I usually don't care much for big cities but I found Buenos Aires to be a beautiful and interesting city. The Lake District was as beautiful as I expected. Hiking around El Chalten was easy because most of the hikes start right there in town. The cruise around the Magellan Straight was relaxing after several days of intense activity with car rentals and several flights inside Argentina and lots of hiking; we were able to disembark in Cape Horn which was fabulous. Torres del Paine was the best part of the trip!

The trip was great. Unfortunately there was a bridge broken so we were unable to complete the actual W Trek and had to do one of the hikes 2 days in a row, which was very disappointing, but that wasn't something that could be controlled. The guide offered to let us cross the river, and half of the group wanted to but the other half was against it so it would have been nice to just have the guide make the decision for us instead of leaving it up to individuals totally unfamiliar with the area. Also the mandatory upgrade to semi private cabins on the 3rd night was very disappointing and inconvenient as the bathrooms were broken and we ended up having to trek down to the main part just to use the bathroom and showers. We got to see a lot of wildlife- including a puma, foxes, and guanacos! Very cool! The accommodations are in stunning locations as well and glad I wasn't camping!

Highlights: Hiking to the blue towers in Torres del Paine and hiking to base of Fitz Roy in El Chalten. Landscapes in Torres del Paine (Cordillero, lakes, glaciers) were stunning. no wildlife to speak of on the W Trek. The Trek afforded us the ability to meet like minded trekkers, willing to get up early and challenge themselves on steep trails through wind, rain, sun , all for the the love of the outdoors. Most magical moment was kayaking 21km on the Rio del las Vueltas, with crystal blue skies, views and reflections on Fitz Roy, Cerr Torre on the river! Booked when we arrived in El Chalten, not through Swoop.

I loved the hotel, The Singular. I took two day trips offered by the hotel, one the tour of Torres del Paine that was included as part of my package and another, a boat trip to the glacier and afternoon at an estancia that I paid for. Both were excellent. Service at The Singular was great, they remembered my name and greeted me whenever I went by the desk. The most magical part was seeing the condors at Torres del Paine as we visited a glacier. It was also magical just looking out at the spectacular view from my room.

I have been mesmerized by the 3 towers and so my memorable moment was the view of them from the Laguna Azul. There were many more memorable moments at Pia glacier, Cuernos hike, Serrano river hike with their breath taking views.

This is a really hard question! There were special moments every step along the way, in every location. But….I would have to say that waking up around 6:30 on our first morning at Chalten Camp (that is, our first morning in Patagonia) and seeing the pink sunrise light on the peaks was my first glimpse of just how incredible this trip would be. And that was just the first most memorably moment! Truly awe-inspiring.

W trek was spectacular, all the locations were wonderful. Felipe and Hector (guides on W Trek) were standouts. Trip was exceptionally well planned and executed by the Swoop team and partners. Communication was excellent and we were impressed.

We spent three nights at the Puesto Cagliero Hut in the Huemules reserve. It was so peaceful, so few people, amazing scenery and we did an great hike to Neumayer Glacier - up the via ferrata and glacier hike. Emiliano was our guide and he, and his assistant Valerie were wonderful. And the staff at Puesto Cagliero were all incredible and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this adventure to everyone who wants a remote experience.

So many... hiking to Laguna de los Tres on overcast day only to have it clear right when we got there. Swimming in Laguna Capri - twice! Views at Torres del Paine on our second day - so clear! Seeing Puma from the car, close encounter with guanaco and having a condor fly right over me and capturing a picture of it!
