The Chilean side of Patagonia was hands down more memorable due to the small group, same trip leaders, the food was prepared each day and accommodated dietary restrictions. The Argentina side we were more tired and had less information before the day started. The team did a wonderful job adjusting itineraries due to the strikes.

Day 2 - although it wasn’t the most memorable hike (Day 7 was the winner there), it was the first day with a full pack and we got to camp on the early side. Got to sit by the river and reflect on everything. It was honestly so amazing to be out there without any distractions, doing something I never thought I’d be able to do.

Hiking to the base of the Torres del Paine in the rain and snow (10 cm!!). The challenge of that weather and still doing it was really satisfying. We were up and down in record time, (too cold and no view to enjoy) and greeted at the end with a drink.

Reaching Brittanica lookout and feeling the wind and rain on my cheeks surrounded by the intensity of those mountains. Then getting drenched on the way down. It was the biggest day of the trip. Laughing and singing with Guillermo my guide endlessly
