See my comments. Wonderful place, but a very poor experience. They have only made it worse by promising a refund and then not delivering on it
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Given how great Explora was and the experience we had at Eco Camp, I would send all your guests to the Explora location in Torre del Paines
