Tell us about EcoCamp
The tents at ecocamp were good, but we had to be driven there at night which felt like being "Sent to bed". Ecocamp itself us delightful, I wish we could have afforded a dome ! Food was very good indeed.

Trekking was as described, timings were accurate, some if the distances were actually shorter than stated.

I wish we had known that there was an option to upgrade to stay at a regugio at all camps except Perros. I was very jealous of the people who had this option and was wondering why we had not been told about this. We booked very early and they booked very late, so it was not an availability issue...
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
No, other than to think about the refugios on the way round. The info on the swoop site pretty much covered everything else.

Mention refugio option to people.
