Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Video's were good / Teams / zoom meeting good. Did not see any Swoop people there ... might find a way to explain that youall are organizers, packagers who then contract with locals to deliver. All worked out but the video was only about swoop and not the fact that no swoop people would be interfaced. Not really a negative, team was good as noted above - just not accurately communicated.

Did not realize the vastness or remoteness.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Swoop Team was great and responsive - customer oriented. Carys was great. Helped shift things around on the fly and helped change our airfare.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Well prepared logistically, not as well prepared physically (that was on me)
