Early morning light on the Torres~ Sun-kissed with dark clouds behind them. The stillness of the air. The magnitude of the sky in that moment.

We were supposed to be notified on Xmas Eve via email what time our pick-up was estimated for the following day. Granted it was a holiday so Swoop could have told us a day early rather than having us wonder where/when we would be picked up. (Shrug).
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Take half of what you think you need but be sure to include the 4-season gear as recommended. Do not eat the lunches provided by the Refugio’s- make your own lunch at breakfast.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I am still full of gratitude for the privilege to travel (there), and I respect and appreciate the conservation and preservation.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I think Swoop provided a great experience for a seasoned traveler. While we did not need assist with other arrangements some people in our group did.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Over prepared clothing/supplies-wise. Prepared culturally/environmentally and conscientiously. The answers below do not reflect how I feel about Swoop. My Patagonia trip satisfied my interest in this region. Others’ pics/photos/news/videos satisfy my interest in Antartica/the Arctic.
