Overall, how was your trip?
It was terrific ! Guides were great and very well informed about the local flora , fauna , politics and history of the area and country . Definitely learnt a lot about a new culture !

Beautiful part of the world ! Yes , it lived up to my expectations .

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Yes , we were very pleased with the service . We had a delay in our connection to P Arenas and the swoop Patagonia team was very helpful , the transport waited for us despite the 3 hr delay and the guide came to our hotel to debrief us , which was very nice of him .
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Chile Nativo is an excellent partner for you ! Both Filipe and Camilo in Patagonia and Marcos in Santaiago were excellent guides !!

Remember to be prepared for changing weather ! Protective gear against twins and high winds are highly recommended !
