Overall, how was your trip?
The highlight was definitely the tower hike. It was long and exhausting but definitely worth it. The landscapes were unlike anything I could of ever imagined. Our group instantly bonded with the other 3 girls in our hiking group. We have plans to meet up in the future. I’ve told my friends that it was the best trip I’ve ever been on! No surprises - everything went as planned. The most magical moment was bonding with everyone in the Refugio the first night and meeting so many people from so many other cultures.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
It was everything I could of ever imagined and more.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Yes I was pleased with the advice I received from swoop and would absolutely book another trip through them. The trip we chose was perfect for our needs and group interest.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
I definitely felt like I was supported by both swoop and Cascada experiencos. For example I did not receive a pick up time for the penguin expedition so I called Cascada through WhatsApp and was easily given an answer. Anything I needed or questions I had I felt swoop and Cascada was a simple phone call away.

Enjoy the experience everything about it is unforgettable and I highly recommend this trip.
