Overall, how was your trip?

The trip was an adventure and to see such beautiful scenery was breathtaking. The people of Patagonia were extremely friendly and helpful and without question getting up close and personal with a Glacier was a truly memorable moment. The shear scale of nature in the raw is a beautiful thing to see

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Absolutely beautiful and without question it lived up to expectations

Would you visit again?

Yes

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Swoop were excellent. When we first decided to visit Chile we had no thought as to some of the things we could do or see. Swoop guided us in this regard, gave us inspiration and arranged all that was required in Patagonia. It is difficult to know if anything different could have been done, other than extend our time in Southern Chile

How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?

Swoop's partner in Puerto Natales a company called Dittmar, were excellent, they provided an excellent briefing and were helpful in making arrangements for us while in the region. Dealing with nice and friendly people only adds to the pleasure of the trip

How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?

The Trek was excellent but challenging but with no one single highlight I could identify. Torrest Del Paine was beautiful but without question, the French Valley was the most stunning as was Glacier Grey. The accommodation was good for what it was, we did not expect 5 star accommodation and it served its purpose. All transport arrangements worked perfectly.

How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

Research in detail the whole of Southern Chile, there is so much more to see than the imagination will allow. Torres Del Paine was a highlight but do not dismiss the thought of travelling South towards Tierra Del Fuego
