Overall, how was your trip?
Every 5 minutes we had a completely different view. You could have a cloud a gale force winds hitting a mountain top from one side, but clear blue skies on the other. The people we met who had also booked through Dittmar made the trip particularly brilliant.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Knowing the difficulty others had booking refugios or camping, some having to stay two or even three nights in the same place, we are so glad we were put through to Dittmar. Everything was perfectly organised and we were constantly impressed with how easy everything was, from transport to food. It meant all we had to think about was the hike (and the wine afterwards!) Literally the only improvement we could think of is for the last day. The boat to leave the Refugio is at 1:30pm and we arrived back in Puerto Natales well after 10pm. I think we all agreed we'd spend a bit extra to have had a direct transfer from Hotel Grey back to Puerto Natales. The minibus/coach transfer took about 3 hours just to leave the park.
