Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Your sales staff should listen better to your prospective customers. He could have had me more supportive so easily. I wanted a mix of guided and self-guided activities over a five week trip. I got help for several guided activities, was only told reasons why I didn’t want to self-guide and was refused help. Ended up booking a couple of guides outside of Swoop and had a great self-guided portion with some help from Marcela.
