Tell us about EcoCamp
Food was perfect in quality and quantity. All of the staff were jovial and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Suite dome was perfect for 3 of us. I wish we had more down time at the base camp to walk around, do short hikes on our own, practice yoga, get a massage. Andreas and Pablo were the best guides I’ve ever had on any guided hiking excursion. I’d love to come back and join them on a longer hike. Truly outdoorsmen who love nature, respect the beauty and want to protect it while sharing it with the world.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Follow the packing recommendations. When In doubt, err on the side of packing too warmly or too many layers.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I have always been in awe with the natural world but this has centered me, relaxed me and placed me back in touch with where I am happiest.
