Regarding the hotel in Punta Arenas, it was nicknamed, quite appropriately by the group Duh hotel. People who travel all the way for a tour such as this one do not mind roughing on Carlos III with bathrooms but expect something a bit more culturally relevant in a town the size of Punta Arenas. The DA is just substandard in this respect. The hotel in Porvenir was nice and cozy snd Cerro Guido was great

More info! Disclose length of travel time! And make it sound palatable rather than risk having discouraged “adventurers”
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
More communication with the whale sound team, so the passengers can have s better experience. Three 8 hour days on a boat is a bit too stressful. Maybe the person who stays on the island plus the group naturalist can babysit the group on a 2 hour hike the second day.
