What was your most memorable moment?
Getting to the base of the Torres with my sister. I've been wanting to go there for a LONG time so I was really happy to finally see it in real life.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The guides at EcoCamp were very professional and knowledgeable. A great pleasure to work with. I will advice other people to be very careful with their trekking guides - the one assigned to us in El Chalten was a free-lance guide who basically didn't want to do the trek we booked to do and gave us all the reasons why we shouldn't do it. Long story short, she completely demoralized us, resulting in us actually not doing the trek. I was profoundly disappointed.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Iain and Lewis have both been very helpful and responsive.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
There are some information on the SWOOP website which, I believe, are outdated and caused some worries on our part. E.g. El Calafate: the website says most restaurants are closed on Christmas Day. Turns out many of them were open.
