What was your most memorable moment?
Seeing the Torres del Pains and the wonder and the vastness area of beauty. The towers, the lakes, the glacier’s were amazing. But the eco camp was fantastic and all the employees were wonderful. I will be back and will recommend others to use swoop and come see the wonders of your National Park.

Tell us about EcoCamp
Great place to stay. Wish I could have. Stayed longer. The room was very comfortable and perfect with the amount of blankets. Pillows were so great. The excursions were great even though the park employees were on protest. We understand why they did it. Our excursion were modified to do what we could, and the guides made sure all was safe to continue or turn back. Safety first. Guides were fantastic and amazing.
Tell us about Torres del Paine
It was so much more than I thought it would be. The grandeur of this area is undesirable, you have to visit it to take in the wonder and grandeur and beauty of the area. But go for more than 5 days and four nights, stay for 10. Mins

The guides were fantastic and always concerned about safety and getting us the best experiences we could under any conditions.
Something Else?
I would like to see all employees get a raise. It seems there is a high rate of turn over of guides is high. You get wonderful ones and it would be nice to think you would want to keep them each season.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
No I did not. I just looked on Wi-Fi and found Swoop. So happy I did.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, I believe it has. With the eco-camp I think others could follow that and help our world a little. Help in that you can show you don’t need a 5 star hotel to enjoy your adventure. But I must say your food was 5 star quality. So good. I loved the recyclable lunch bags.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I would say to people signing up to remember this is a hiking area and most people come to hike and see the wonderful area. So if you don’t hike, they should maybe book something else.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
I think I was well prepared for the hiking and all.
