What was your most memorable moment?
The stay at the Explora Patagonia Salto Chico Lodge and the adventures had in Patagonia were absolutely exceptional - The service provided by Swoop to confirm details of the trip with me were helpful planning the trip, in an area I was not familiar with. We left with confidence that all the details planned would come to fruition, and they did. We were seeking an incredible over the top experience with this trip and it exceeded our expectations!

Tell us about Explora
The Explora Patagonia Salto Chico - oh my! Beyond an Exceptional Experience due to the Entire Staff that provided 5 Star service throughout our stay - everyone working was collectively impressive - from their demeanor, kind candor and passion to take care of their guests. The room we stayed in faced the waterfall - we loved the view, subtle sound and refreshing air with an open window. Great robes were provided to use while heading to the sauna or pool, which was a fun walk in itself! The food throughout the day catered to every need and was awesome. The guides made the daily excursions - their pre-planning with you the evening prior and advice to prepare you for the day was consistently helpful. Many laughs shared, even through some challenging hikes! The admin, coordination, operations, serving, driving team were also always willing to help with a smile and provided great follow-through.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The preparation lists online were super helpful - I was glad I had read them and had with me or was able to purchase extra items at the Explora Patagonia store. (open daily 7am-7pm & has mostly Patagonia gear :) Raincoat, vests, layers, Gloves (waterproof or extra sets), Hiking pants that are waterproof (I would take more than one pair...)
