What was your most memorable moment?
Successfuly summiting the John Garner pass during a snow storm & wind. The beauty of the entire hike and the coordination & guidance of Ian & Fio to keep our group informed, motivated & safe.

Tell us about EcoCamp
Stress during the planning the difference with upgrades and between DOME & tent stays (distance & convenience) and how a upgraded DOME stay standard would be sufficient for the first stay of the O-loop and the DOME suite would more ideal at the end of the hike.

Ian & Fio are a great team leaders they motivted us, kept us informed and safe. Super friendly and positive attitude kept "la familia" message together. Suggestion - more could be stressed about team/individual safety and in the event of an emergency what action in general would be taken. Ask if any has First Aid training skills just so the group & group leaders know the level of experience. Also, explain the degree of difficulty not just the hike itself demands but the layers of weather impact snow storms, wind, ice crossing numerous stream crossings make even more difficuly. Although ultimately the hikers responsibility I was unprepared and under-geared for the hike.
Something Else?
When we entered the W-Loop we encountered issues with ettiqutte at the camp sites. Priority shold be noticed/given to help O-Loop hikers for the simplest of things like priorty of meal times and/or place in lines. Some hikers did know the difference and where entitled.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
The website, training videos and online sessions where helpful but if you stressed the importance of upgrade options, degree of difficulty and prepareing for the worse would help set the reality.
