Tell us about the Excursions
The second of our excursions in Ushuaia wasn’t what we expected, not what the itinerary would have lead us to believe. 6 adults plus the driver crammed into a 4WD was very unpleasant, more thought needs to go into transportation especially for the elderly and those that have joint mobility issues etc.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I felt harassed by your continual emails to complete the survey BEFORE I had finished my holiday. Swoop’s involvement was for about half of our holiday which end around the end of October, but as can be seen in Swoop’s itinerary, our holiday was not due to end until 11th December. Please allow people to enjoy and finish their holiday before asking them to complete a survey.
