What was your most memorable moment?
French valley had the best varied landscapes and moderate hike to the French Overlook. We did not go beyond to British overlook.

Good experience with the guides and horses.

Need more servers if the group is big and table is has many people. Manager needs to assign more servers to such table!
Tell us about Explora
Rooms were great. Hope they gave same room on same floor to all the tourist in the group. Guides need to chill out and not discourage hiker to do the full hike. But the guides were good. Excursions should be planned by experienced guides the day before and not by a novice who does not know what the guest want.
Tell us about the Excursions
I would suggest to Guides to Start early for excursions and not rush to come back. Some hiker need more time. That needs to be adjusted by guides for a better experience for the hikers.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Have an experienced Guide suggest you next day excursions depending on your capacity. Not a inexperienced person assigned by the manager that day. Ask for someone with experience
