Tell us about EcoCamp
A place in the wilderness with sumptuous food and expert staff. They made every moment and every morsel memorable.
Tell us about Torres del Paine
The guides Kamila, Hannah and Vanessa were power girls. They took care of the group. At the summit they made us tea and coffee. It was a phenomenal experience.
Tell us about Los Glaciares
Our walk Patagonia guides Furbeen and Dennis were excellent. They took us to the summit pushed us to put all the effort.
Tell us about the Excursions
The guided excursions like estancia horse riding was so well managed. Food was great. They also danced with us. Very memorable.
Tell us about the Trekking
All the guides were well trained and kept the group together and motivated I’d like to call our Hannah, Paola, Kamila and Vanessa.
Something Else?
I loved each and every moment of this trip. Our cash was stolen so we could not tip 4 of the guides. But each and every person in charge made a lot of effort to make our trip memorable. Christmas Day was also another remarkable day as the crew worked so we can enjoy our meals and excursion.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I think planning Santiago and Buenos Aires should be separate than the Patagonia trip We had to carry 2 sets of clothes and too many bags. And people should do these 4 things Laguna de Los tres Torres de Paine base towers Perito Moreno Grey glacier
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
My family thought our trip was iconic
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I think swoop can help with the tips plan. Collect them before hand. As carrying cash around is not easy. We lost all our tip envelopes while traveling from Argentina to Chile. Also no one was tipping the guides. They deserved tips after hiking for long hours. So I think tips should be collected in advance as an option Otherwise I loved swoops service a lot Thank you
