Tell us about the Excursions
The guides are absolutely amazing but the details about the hikes are very vague. Everyone we spoke had a similar experience, and we witnessed people having to sit in the van instead of participate because the hike didn't match what the original materials said. It would be good for the hotel to update their information to include more detail.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The Swoop team was very helpful in arranging plans with the hotel and giving advice when the airlines kept continually canceling or changing our flights. I found everyone extremely helpful!
