What was your most memorable moment?
I have been mesmerized by the 3 towers and so my memorable moment was the view of them from the Laguna Azul. There were many more memorable moments at Pia glacier, Cuernos hike, Serrano river hike with their breath taking views.

Totally breath taking and once in a life time experience

Our main guide Louise was very knowledgeable and pleasant. All other staff were excellent. The ride on the zodiac was thrilling with the glaciers in our view.

The condor hike was a bit windy and our group struggled a bit. Because of that experience the 4 people that planned to do the base tower hike decided not to. We think it was the right decision weighing safety over adventure. We still had a great time altogether. That said the 2 guide Cata and Katty were excellent and supported our needs. Without their help some of our group would not have completed the condor hike safely. They tweaked the Day 2 hiking plan without the base hike and making it still exciting for us.they also brought additional food and drinks to make our lunches much much better. We had the Thanksgiving lunch and they made that special.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The Serrano Glamping was good but a bit over priced for the service and amenities provided. Hotels very nearby could meet your needs as well. if one is particular about the tent experience then they should rough it out and do the legit tenting, not glamping. Serrano camp staff were a bit rigid and slow. Bathroom garbage was not cleaned daily, rooms were not cleaned during our 4 night stay, long wait to get coffee in the morning, etc. at the price point we were charged we expected all these services to be much better.

Very excited. Only trip we booked so much in advance and anticipated.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Overall feeling of the group was that cost was high. We totally understand the remote areas we are covering and the costs involved. But it will be good for Swoop to see how the cost and experience can be balanced.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
We all had a great vacation and many unforgettable moments etched in our Memories. Thanks to Swoop for making g this come true for us.
