It seems like the information you gather from us related to food does not cascade to the refugios. They have no clue , I have to repeat each time just before eating. I would frankly not recommanded to someone with allergies..

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
It was a last minute decision, I replace someone. Very good decision of mine even if I had only 2 months and a half to get in shape!!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I used to be affraid of refugios, this trip changed my perspective. They were clean, respectfull people, not to noisy.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
For the W trail, do not bring to much water bottle. One is enough, the water is good on the treck. For slow walker, do not planed more than 20 km a day in between refugio.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Very nice people with good advice
