What was your most memorable moment?
Seeing Perito Merino glacier and very large calving of ice. Spectacular but also sad to appreciate how climate change is impacting glaciers.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Having a guide is very positive. Even if the trails are easy to navigate, a guide can point out interesting features, animals, etc.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Couple of things: it was a bit odd that Swoop didn't organise the accommodation in Puerto Natales, when every other part of the 10 days was organised for us. It was easy for us to find our own accommodation, just odd that Swoop didn't want to do that. Having an app might be helpful when on the trip, so that information is easy to find. Using the website was slightly more cumbersome. The 2 local partners Walk Patagonia and Chile Nativo were both excellent.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Super excited. Reasonably well prepared, but given we are not avid trekkers, it was a bit of a leap into the unknown - as it turned out we had everything we needed and the instructional videos about clothing etc were helpful.
