Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
It would have been very helpful to tell me that the connection at Santiago can be tricky. I arrived at domestic terminal 40 minutes before my scheduled departure, but they wont let me board the flight. Apparently, I need to report two hours before departure. People can have difficult circumstances where they cannot travel whenever they want. Having alternate options and plans can be helpful. Ideal does not work for people with full time jobs and limited time off.
