The El Chaten camp was a great and unique experience! The staff was wonderful.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
1. Bring more US dollars in small bills for tips 2. Buy the domestic flights from Buenos Aires to El Calefate as soon as possible. Do not wait for more options on flight times with Aerolinas Argentina. We ended up spending a lot more money per flight (5 people) by waiting until June (trip in December).
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Argentina is a huge country. Would have liked to have more time to see the falls and have an excursion to the coast to see wildlife.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Agents were great- worked with Alicia for most of the trip! Everything ran on time, shuttle picks up and guides. Camp and hotel stays were great.

Felt prepared and excited.
