Yes, Swoop should offer more options and information regarding accomodations at Torres Del Paine. Also, we were not contacted by anyone from Swoop during the entirety of our trip. They did not check in or ask about our accomodations, travel arrangements, etc. Once the trip was underway, it seemed as though Swoop had moved on ...
