Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
There were a few errors. You had provided one of the local agents with inaccurate info re our flights etc and they clearly told you / swoop once they asked us to clarify the details /double Check About the error and suddenly ‘Cecila’ from Swoop emailed to say she had noticed an error which clearly was not true -‘you /‘she had been told by the local agent. When one is on holiday you don’t expect to have to double check the itinerary that a local agent sends you AND then have to correct an error And secondly a mistake on your itinerary re timings of when we were leaving a hotel in El Calafate vs starting a walk in El Chalten
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very excited and prepared but you provided irrelevant / inaccurate info like inability to pay by credit card And internet connection etc
