What was your most memorable moment?
There were two! Seeing condors flying below us from El Filo hike at El Chalten, and seeing the clouds part just as we reached the Base of the Towers in Torres del Paine

The best experience of all the hotels on the trip. great room, great food, great staff ( guides and waitstaff)

Eolo wasnt really our thing. Felt a bit stuffy and formal. No complaints about the service or food or the activities we did.
Tell us about the Excursions
Excellent and enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable guide on the Perito Moreno day. French valley probably the most enjoyable and scenic hike at Torres Del Paine, but base of towers is worth the schlepp when you get there. The ridge walk at el chalten was challenging, but the views down over diablo valley and beyond were spectacular. and there were condors above and below us.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
We used $$ only. Explora El Chalten allows you to tip via Paypal Explora el chalten is 50 mins up a dirt road past the town. There are a few hikes from the hotel, but for some you might have to bus it for up to an hour Tierra Patagonia is 45 mins from pretty much any hike. Looks like the Explora is in the park, and may be a bit closer to hikig.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
You can only fill out the Chilean border form 24 hrs before you enter( Swoop info says 48hrs)
