Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Excellent support from Alicia and Danny, both gave us invaluable guidance and assistance. Alicia’s suggestions for restaurants were great and much appreciated. Last minute adjustment of travel through Punto Arenas came off without a hitch (great hotel!) All accommodations were great except for Dreams in Coyhaique - a bizarre casino/hotel with poor food that is as non-reflective of that community as one can get. We understand that choices are limited there, but it did stand out.
