Since one couple, the Seymore's, cancelled before we ever left the US, it was very disappointing that Swoop never let any of their suppliers know that, so that they could plan accordingly. Every transfer and every tour and every hotel were still expecting there to be 10 of us, not 8. That pool communication within your organization is my only complaint. That lack of communication on Swoop's part may have caused hotels to lose revenue and tours or transfers to use larger vehicles than necessary.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
1 day in Santiago would be more than enough.
