What was your most memorable moment?
Waking up in the heart of the national park to the most spectacular views; hours of hiking hiking rewarded by out of this world views; kayaking in front of the glacier; getting soaked by the falls as you can get close enough to nearly touch the water!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I just wished I used Swoop for my entire trip - would have saved me days of planning. The first travel agency support I had when I felt I was getting good value for money - couldn’t have done it much cheaper myself and the support, advice, guidance and choices they made for us were all spot on!
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, feels like we want to travel again - taking us back to Theater “before we had children”. No more passive package holidays! There is so much to see and do.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Most splendid job, thank you. Also, you put us in touch with exito to book our internal flights - they also need the highest praise! For a very small fee they offered us outstanding service- regular updates about all the flight changes and in a moment of crises, when all the flights were cancelled, they were there for us ready to assist! Highly recommend using them for any internal bookings!
