We loved the Argentina side! Laguna de los tres, kayaking, diablo lake, and perito Moreno glacier.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Yes, do not recommend explora to people looking to complete the W. And be more involved with managing the vendors during the trip, ensuring they are communicating properly. That or handle the communication yourselves. The sales process was great, with quick communication and detailed responses. Once booked the communication was a bit slower, but still great. But on the trip it seemed nonexistent. I understand the process is to pass it off to your partners, but there should be more management during the trip.
