As I've communicated to both Ceci and Peter, I don't understand why Swoop won't provide customers with an itemized bill. We had changes in our activities and by the end of our adjustments, the bill, our travel itinerary and our actual services were out of sync. Only by random events was I able to determine that we had been overbilled by $720 and only because I asked. Swoop should provide detailed billing information.
