What was your most memorable moment?
Reaching the top or turnaround point of the Laguna de los Tres hike! Amazing views and what a sense of accomplishment!

Really liked both hotels we stayed at in El Chalten and El Calafete. We booked our own flights so wait time for pick up in arrival was lengthy. Should have asked upfront about transport time options (if provided, I missed it).
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Ask about transport times from El Calafete to El Chalten to coordinate flights if planning on your own. Be prepared for any weather - we had beautiful warm days but could also be cold, windy and wet.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
New appreciation for this part of the world - exceeded expectations!
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
TBH we underprepared for the back to back days of long hikes so we cancelled day 2 and did 1/2 of Laguna Torres and a couple of other shorter hikes in our own. We were able to move up our transport to El Calafete from 8:00 pm to 3:00 pm so able to enjoy a nice dinner on arrival.
