Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
When we had our initial briefing via the web, we assumed we would have one guide with our group. We actually had two guides, one in the lead and one brining up the rear. Both were amazing, but plan accordingly for gratuities. There were a few in our trek that probably didn’t bring enough money for two guides..
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Again, the guides were amazing. Their knowledge of the geography, history, and plant and animal life was exceptional.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very prepared. Make sure your bring footwear that is well broken in. We had a couple of hikers who suffered blisters on their feet because they didn’t properly break in their boots.
Would you consider another trip to Patagonia with Swoop?
