What was your most memorable moment?
We had multiple pieces to our trip and Swoop helped us to organize the hiking piece in Torres del Paine. The surrounds were magnificent and we had perfect weather. Arriving at Refugio Cuernos - to our cabin on the hill....sitting on the porch bench and watchng the sunset.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
We arrived at Refugio Grey as the weather was shifting - with the plan to stay there that night and take the Grey III out the next morning. We shifted last minute to a Grey III that night and booked into a room at Hotel Lago Grey. We contacted Chile Nativo directly to make this change as we weren't able to make it ourselves because we weren't the ones who made the booking. We didn't have the flexibility to hike back to Paine Grande to catch the other boat. Having extra days built into the trip so that offer flexibility would be a great thing to discuss with your customers.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
See #1. Also - I worked initially with Tomas - he gave excellent advice. Then switched to Rachel. A bit more explanation about this switch would have been helpful - I thought that Tomas would be our contact throughout. Both were super - I just didn't understand what the process would be.
